April 2023
Learn mindful, evidence-based yoga practices for pregnancy, birth and beyond. Nicky Poole is a highly sought after Pre- and Post- Natal specialist in Toronto who facilitates trainings that weave together science and soul. This training is essential for any yoga teacher or movement specialist who wants to learn how to hold space for pregnant folks in a compassionate and educated way. Upon full completion of the program, registered yoga teachers can certify as a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
“Nicky’s Pre/Post Natal course is like the MythBusters on pregnancy and birth! Learn truth about the experience to be able to teach empathetically and with authenticity.”
“This course encouraged ‘outside the box’ thinking with modifications that lend themeselves toward more inclusive yoga classes. ”
“Nicky is an incredible teacher who has designed an essential course for any teacher looking to teach to the variety of students out there (not just pre- and post-natal, but everyone!) I felt confident enough to start offering classes soon after I’d completed the training. You don’t want to miss this! ”
